SAN BERNARDO Variety of coffee

San Bernardo coffee originates in Guatemala, where it is known as “Pache”. It is a mutation of the Typica variety. It is currently grown at 1,800 meters above sea level in Colombia. Known for its complex profile, with  chocolate, red berries, spicy floral notes and a silky medium body, it is difficult to cultivate due to its susceptibility to leaf rust and low yield, requiring a careful selection and washing process. Its uniqueness and distinctive flavor profile make San Bernardo coffee a highly prized specialty coffee with a unique flavor.
